Service scope

Before purchasing, contact us to agree in writing on the advertising platform, number of accounts and campaigns, tasks to be performed, management period, reporting, revisions, and required materials. The Experience and full Toolkit packages must be scoped separately; do not assume they include the same services or unlimited support.

Account access and advertising budget

Campaign work requires your authorization and suitable access to an eligible advertising account on the agreed platform. Use the platform's official access or invitation process. Do not email passwords, API keys, or payment card details. Campaign activity must stay within your approved scope and budget.

The listed price is a service fee. Advertising spend, advertising inventory, platform charges, advertising accounts, AI subscriptions, and API credits are not included.

Delivery

Service materials and communications are delivered by email within 1 calendar day of your order. Use an accessible email address at checkout. Confirm the campaign management period and required inputs before purchasing. Email delivery does not guarantee that ads will be approved or go live within 1 calendar day; launch depends on account access, customer approvals, and the advertising platform's review.

Independent service and results

We do not sell OpenAI advertising inventory or claim to be an authorized OpenAI advertising reseller. Campaign management is offered only where the relevant platform permits it and the required authorization is in place. Ad approval, impressions, leads, sales, and return on ad spend are not guaranteed.

Digital service only

No physical shipment is included. Devices and charts in the artwork are illustrative props, not included hardware or software screenshots. A software license or access key is not included unless expressly identified in your agreed scope.
